We want you to be fully satisfied with your Geeni smart devices, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our store. If your device is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Geeni account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
